All content on this site — sequences, hold times, cues, figures, notes and answers — is general information about movement. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation, and it is not a substitute for an examination by a qualified clinician. No clinician-patient relationship is created by using this site.

2. Risk and your own judgement

Stretching carries risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a sequence is appropriate for your body, your history and your current state. Stop immediately if you feel pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, a sharp catch or a joint that feels unstable, and seek qualified help. Do not use this site to work around a diagnosis you have been given, and do not continue a step because a timer says there are seconds left.

3. Not for everyone

Some sequences here are labelled deep or use long holds. They assume a baseline of general health. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or an acute injury, have a joint replacement, osteoporosis, a disc or nerve condition, or a heart condition, speak to a clinician before using anything on this site.

4. Acceptable use

You may read, follow and print the pages here for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the site in bulk, republish the sequences or the generated figures as your own, resell access to them, or use the site in a way that interferes with other people's use of it.

5. Intellectual property

The text, the step tables and the generated figures are the property of Unkink and are protected by copyright. The name and the mark are not licensed to you. Quoting a short extract with a link back to the source page is fine.

6. Advertising

This site displays third-party advertising and may contain links to other sites. Those sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. See the privacy policy for how advertising data is handled.

Sequences are published on a schedule, and a scheduled sequence has no page until its date arrives. We may edit, re-date, suspend or remove any sequence, and may change these terms, at any time without notice. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unkink is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury, arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published here.
